Die Preise sind inklusive Mehrwertsteuer und beziehen sich auf die Miete der Appartements pro Woche einschließlich des Elektrizitäts- und Wasserverbrauchs, die Swimmingpoolbenutzung. Inbegriffen ist auch der vollständige Wäschewechsel, der Handtuchwechsel und die Reinigung der 

Bei der Bestellung ist eine Anzahlung von 30% der Gesamtsumme zu leisten, die bei Stornierung nicht zurückerstattet wird.

Auf Anfrage sind die Wochenendpreise erhältlich.

INFORMATION

Prices includes V.A.T. and are for weekly rents of apartments or daily rents of rooms and include use of, electricity, water, with complete supply of bedlinen, bath towels, change of linen once a week for the apartments or every 3 days for the rooms, and final cleaning is included. For apartment, the final cleaning is not included (€ 50/booking). Heating is available (pay according to consumption).

No air conditioning.

Turism tax is not included: €1,5/night/person, for a maximum of 5 nigths. Children under 12 are exempted.

Extra linen (pay according to consumption): €3/towel - €7/linen.

Towels for the pool are not included.

From 2016 Season, according to a new national law, you will be required to wear a headset to access the pool.

To confirm the booking we ask a deposit of 1/3 of the total stay, which is not refundable.

Prices for  long weekend are available.

Check-in time: between 04.00 PM and 07.00 PM.

Check-out time: within 10.00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are available (upon request).In case of delay or early arrival at the last minute, thanks to inform us by phone.
